Brewra: Pour-Over Timer

Brewra is a quiet brew timer that tells you how much water to pour and when.

■ Five recipes
• Hario V60 — bright, clean acidity
• Kalita Wave — an even, flat bed
• Chemex — thick filter, calm and clear
• French Press — full body, no extra gear
• Aeropress — fast, rich, ready in two minutes

■ Exact pour guide
Set your coffee weight and a ratio from 1:14 to 1:18. Brewra works out the water for every step — grams to pour now, grams poured so far, seconds left — and buzzes each time the step changes, so you can keep your eyes on the kettle.

■ Brew journal
Every finished brew is logged with its recipe, weight and ratio. Rate it one to five stars and you will remember which morning was the good one. Save a setup you like and re-brew it with a single tap.

■ Nothing leaves your phone
No account, no ads, no analytics. Your recipes and journal live on the device and nowhere else. The app works with the network off.
