This digital tool replaces traditional pen-and-paper surveys by enabling door-to-door data collection to track school-going age children, including both never enrolled and dropouts.

Key features include real-time data validation, offline functionality for data gathering without internet access, and a user-friendly bilingual interface in English and Hindi. The application supports multiple survey sessions and provides specific role-based access for School Teachers (Surveyors), Head Masters (Planning Officers), and Monitoring Officers (Zonal Officers) to ensure efficient data collection, enrollment management, and monitoring.
