2026-08-04	Kr*****	I'm so upset and frustrated with this company. Raymond, whom I assume is their ⭐ sales representative, needs to lose my number.. I had told them 3 months ago that I wasn't interested any longer to use their program and at that time I had asked to try back in 6 months or so and I may reconsider it. Raymond call me 3 times the following day and each day after for 2 weeks straight. then after a good month went by again he calls. now not even in 6 months today calls, DON'T CALL ME, I'LL GO 2 BBB

2026-07-11	Ad*****	Unreliable and missing key features. No message search or message caller ID (yet no phone numbers on the call records, just ID). Drops calls at the slightest hint of network trouble, but sends voicemail to my personal number (!!!) if I switch to cell calls. Sometimes doesn't hang up when the desk phone is answered. The 4.5 star rating is completely dishonest, since the app repeatedly tries to force you to post a 5-star review as the only option before you can continue to use the app
