PRIVACY AND AVAILABILITY

Device settings, channel information and supported pairing data are stored locally on your device. The app uses local-network access only when discovering or controlling devices on your Wi-Fi network. Voice input is activated only when you choose the voice feature and is handled by your selected Android speech-recognition service.

Universal TV Remote Control is ad-supported. Core remote-control functions do not require a subscription.

Wi-Fi control requires the phone and target device to be connected to the same local network. Infrared control requires a phone with a built-in IR blaster. Available buttons, apps and commands vary by device, TV model and connection method.
