Can't see my card balance, shows "platform error" most of the time you need it, can't even add more balance because of that.

This mobile app sucks. It's one of the worst apps I've ever used. So I can't transfer my funds from Ontop to my bank account 'cause I need a dynamic token from the app, which I CAN NOT GET. And I can't use SMS/WhatsApp verification. So I can't move my funds. Why would you send to prod an app that does not work AND remove previous features that would help in case your new version does not work? They either don't want you to move the funds from Ontop, or they're just idiots. Who knows.
