The dispatch was entirely rude. was charged twice for a tow I never got because they couldn't pick it up from a public parking lot of a business that moved it to the parking lot for me to have it towed. Whomever I spoke to by the name of John/Jon was snarky and condescending, talking over me the entire time I placed the 3rd tow dispatch after they took my money twice and didn't do anything. still waiting for my refund, and we'll see if this 3rd tow can be completed. I'll maybe update my review.
