An internal workforce tool built exclusively for employees of Central Drug House to streamline and centralize day-to-day pharmacy operations. The application serves as a single platform for managing critical workflows across inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment — reducing manual effort and improving operational accuracy.
Key Capabilities:
Inventory Management — Track real-time stock levels across all products, monitor expiry dates, set reorder thresholds, and maintain a searchable catalog of medicines and pharmaceutical supplies. Get alerts for low-stock and near-expiry items to prevent shortages or wastage.
Barcoding Status — View and update the barcoding status of products in the inventory. Track which items have been barcoded, which are pending, and flag discrepancies — ensuring every product is properly labeled and scannable for accurate tracking.
Order Pads — Create, review, and manage purchase orders and supply requests digitally. Replace paper-based order pads with a structured digital workflow that keeps a clear audit trail of what was ordered, by whom, and when.
Medicine Requests — Handle internal medicine requests from different departments or counters. Employees can raise, approve, and fulfill requests with full visibility into request status, priority, and history.
