User Reviews

Reviews are dominated by recurring ordering and login problems, with some users unable to complete orders at all. Many also find customization options too limited for substitutions or special requests. Checkout and payment add further friction. A smaller number of users report that the app works well and is convenient when functioning, but experiences vary considerably.

Pros

Some users say the app works well and lets them place orders successfully.
When it works, it can be a convenient alternative to calling or ordering on the website.

Cons

Ordering is unreliable: users report blank or unavailable items, cart problems, failed submissions, and orders that may not reach the restaurant.
Login problems recur, including passwords not being recognized, reset emails not arriving, and being logged out.
Customization is limited or confusing, especially for substitutions, toppings, and special instructions.
Payment and checkout are frustrating for some users, including trouble with Google Pay, saved cards, and extra CAPTCHA steps.
