Daily insights reflect how the day actually went, and weekly reports keep receipts.

XP, levels, and stickers exist because humans still respond strongly to visible progress and a bit of competition, even when we pretend we don’t. Dork Circle adds accountability — a small group where intentions meet witnesses, and follow-through becomes harder to fake.
