Online Yönetim

Online Management brings together apartment and site management for managers and residents in a single application. You can track your dues, site announcements, fault requests, and site cash register from your phone.

FOR RESIDENTS

• My Dues — Your outstanding debts and payment history in a single list. Overdue accruals are also marked separately, eliminating surprises. • Receipts — Download or share your PDF receipt for each dues paid. • Site Cash Register — View your site's income and expenses month by month. The amount spent in each category is broken down. • Decision Book — Read the decisions of the homeowners' association (Article 23 of the Condominium Owners' Law) with date, agenda, and vote summary. • Announcements — Information shared by the management comes directly to your phone; you won't miss anything. • Fault Reporting — Report faults in common areas and track the status of your request on the screen.

FOR ADMINISTRATORS

• Collection Summary — How much has been collected, how much is pending; real-time status. • Debtors — Debtor residents are listed with a delay aging; send bulk notifications with a single touch. • Announcement Publishing — Write and publish announcements from your phone. • Fault Requests — View incoming requests and update their status. • Resident List — Apartment, owner/tenant information and contact details all on one screen.

HOW TRANSPARENCY WORKS

Every income and expense record in the site's ledger is sealed with a summary linked to the previous record. If a record is subsequently changed, this chain is broken and the application will tell you. The chain is re-verified each time you open the screen.

An erroneous record is not deleted; it is only corrected with a reverse entry (storno) and appears in the list with the label "CORRECTION". Thus, the history of the ledger remains as it is.

Each decision in the decision log is displayed with a SHA-256 seal generated from its content; you can copy the seal and verify that the decision has not been changed.

The administrator can disable this view in the site settings.

ABOUT PAYMENT

Payments are not accepted through the application. You deposit your dues into the bank account provided by the site administration or deliver them to the administration in person. When your payment is recorded, the dues will appear as "Paid" and your receipt will be generated in the application.

ACCOUNTS

Accounts are opened by the site administration; registration is not done through the application. If Online Management is not used on your site, you can inform your administrator that they can be reached at onlineyonetim.com.tr.

A user can participate in more than one site; you can be a resident on one site and an administrator on another with the same account.

PRIVACY

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law). The disclosure statement and privacy policy can be read from the Profile screen within the application and at onlineyonetim.com.tr.
