SKILLS is an application developed for the implementation of psychological coaching of sports teams and small groups. The application links the athlete, parent and coach in a high-quality and easy way to the edge of mental well-being and strengthening mental skills. The exercises are based on researched information and have been developed in cooperation with experts, athletes, parents and coaches. The application contains a pre-planned mental training season plan, which can be linked to the team's own training program and used immediately.
