Injection Planning

Injection Planning is a simple, privacy-first helper for patients who self-administer injections on a regular schedule. The app lets you place lettered markers on front and back silhouettes, drag them to exact positions, and record injection dates. A Tracking tab ranks sites by injection age so you can rotate locations to reduce irritation; use the syringe button to log a new injection or edit dates manually. Calendar export is available for future-dated entries.

This tool is not medical advice and does not collect health data. It’s intended for trained patients managing long-term injection regimens (insulin, biologics, etc.). The app shows banner ads with consent controls and offers privacy preferences.
