Onex HRMS

Onex HRMS, developed by Osource, is a mobile module of Onex ERP for service industries. It extends the Onex ERP workflow to mobile, routing leave, time and attendance requests, and related approvals to the right managers and associates.

Key features include: a dashboard that summarizes resource utilization, late submissions, overdue tasks, and overrun ratios with weekly, monthly, and year-to-date views; an approvals workflow for time sheets, expenses, jobs/projects, and invoices; a Leave Application module for submitting and approving leave from mobile; and a geo-fenced attendance feature for accurate time tracking. This app integrates with the broader ERP suite to support seamless HR and operations processes.
