You cannot view chat history or resolve chats from the client side — support agents close them themselves after vague replies without providing an actual solution. My issue was that the phone number provided by Onex was rejected during registration because the website claimed the number already existed. Instead of resolving it, support simply told me to change the last digit randomly, and gave no guidance on what to do if that failed.
