Does not have a way of changing when calls get sent to voice mail. Does not properly sync voice mail. Does not have a way of contacting support.

Worst service. The quality of this company is garbage. I switched from Vonage, thinking this service was good based on reviews on websites. NO. Calls to India are choppy. Sometimes, it connects. Sometimes, it doesn't connect. Never had this issue with Vonage.
