2024-11-10	Ka*****	Hard to use. A prime example is loading when trying to write notes before they can be saved. Controlled medication/other forms don't advance to complete once clicked on. This creates delay and duplicate as staff don't know if they're activated or not. Navigation is patchy. Connectivity is unpredictable.

2024-04-25	El*****	Spends too much time updating when I'm trying to do notes and leave, hence wiping everything I've just written, terrible if no WiFi, sometimes I have to reboot my phone to get it to catch up where I am location wise, not impressed at all.
