2020-03-03	A *****	Oneplus is incapable of repairing their phones. The standard answer is “you need to buy a new phone” - and if not, they force you to give up your warranty. I have been without a phone for months, due to their lack of capabilities. And yes: I am calling and writing numerous times to ask for ownership of the situation.

2020-03-03	A *****	On my 3rd oneplus phone now and was such a fan before however the quality and service has really dropped. Firstly my CC details where ripped from there secure payment site. Something i found out only 2 months after and a £1000 credit card bill, when they thought to inform its customers. And then with the most recent phone i am being charge for a repair that should be covered under warranty. Namely dust ingress in the rear camera, scammed by there repair provider (CTDI). Poor build quality!
