2026-07-24	Ol*****	can't use it for full backup. my Nord4 has a failing battery so I need to do a factory reset. but the backup doesn't include photos and app data (like screenshots and e-books). and I can't transfer my Nord4 phone data back to my old phone because this app cannot be installed on my old phone. otherwise I could just have cloned my phone to my old phone, sent new phone to Repair Service be fixed, and then clone it back.
