2026-06-08	ja*****	Inconsistent across the board. There is a huge disconnect between the doctors/staff and the app managing your care, like oil and water. Like they hate it. The app msgs, action items say one thing, the doc/staff say another contradicting. They can be rude too, make u feel bad demoralized. Had 2 docs be no shows, they claim tech issue or claim I was the no show, or somehow my fault. lol srsly? Toxic defensive messaging. This app creates more issues, hard to use due to bad support.

They're absolutely beautiful and make you feel comfortable. they're always on time and nobody waits for their scheduled appointment l 💕 this feature. what I have found difficult is navigating through online services. I am a little bit older so it makes it a little bit harder. don't want to want to hurt the environment with the paper but I need handheld documents, over searching the internet or email for documents.
