A very simple health notebook
You can manage your health with simple operations!

[How to use]
*There are four screens to use : [Calendar Screen], [Record Screen], [Edit Screen], and [Graph Screen].

[Calendar screen]
*Tap a date on the calendar to go to the [Edit Screen] where you can register data for that date. However, if data has already been registered for that date, you will be redirected to the [Record Screen].
*Dates with registered data will be marked with a horizontal bar on the calendar.

[Record Screen]
*The registered data will be displayed.
*Tap the edit icon at the bottom of the screen to go to the [Edit Screen], where you can edit the data.

[Edit Screen]
*You can register "Today's image", "Meals", "Body weight", "Temperature", "Blood Pressure", "Pulse rate", and "Concerns".
*You can register images in "Today's image" and "Meals".

[Graph Screen]
*The graph of "Body weight," "Temperature," "Blood Pressure," and "Pulse rate" are displayed. （The graph can be switched from the pull-down menu.)
*The average is displayed at the bottom of the graph.
*You can switch the display by selecting "Year" and "Month" from the pull-down.
*The maximum and minimum values of the graph can be changed. (Tap the settings icon in the lower left corner of the screen to open the dialog box.)

[Settings]
*The units used for "Body weight," "Temperature," "Blood Pressure," and "Pulse rate" can be changed from the "Settings" menu in the navigation drawer on the top screen.

[Theme color setting]
*The theme color can be selected from the following 9 colors: GREEN, PINK, BLUE, RED, PURPLE, YELLOW, BROWN, ORANGE, and MONOTONE.

[Password setting]
*You can set a password to lock the application for security.

[Backup]
*You can back up your data to SD card. You can continue to use the app for a long time even if you change the device.

[Language]
*Language support is available in English and Japanese. Language switching within the app is not supported. The language is switched according to the language setting of the device.
