OHN's wellness-tracking features (heart rate, sleep, activity, blood oxygen, temperature, and blood pressure trends) require a compatible FyRing / OHRing Bluetooth wearable ring. This wearable is sold separately and is not included with the app. Without the ring connected, OHN cannot capture or display these measurements. Other features — appointment management, prescription records, manual health logging, and document storage — work without any external hardware.
