One For All Sync

One For All Sync connects your Android health data to your personal One For All (14A) coaching.

It's a lightweight, read-only bridge. After you enter the one-time code your coach sends you on WhatsApp, the app reads your health metrics from Google Health Connect and securely syncs them to your coach — so your coaching is always based on your real, up-to-date data.

WHAT IT SYNCS (whatever your device shares with Health Connect):
• Steps, distance and active calories
• Heart rate and resting heart rate
• Sleep and sleep stages
• Heart rate variability, blood oxygen, respiratory rate
• Weight and body composition

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Get your coaching on WhatsApp and receive a one-time connect code.
2. Install this app and enter the code.
3. Allow Health Connect access.
4. Done. The app syncs in the background — you don't need to keep it open.
