Fruuits Coctaills

Fruuits Coctaills is a working reference desk and training bench for the eleven standard
international trade delivery terms — EXW, FCA, FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU and
DDP. It exists to fix one specific, expensive confusion: every one of those terms draws
two separate boundaries along the same journey, one where the seller's costs stop and a
different one where risk of loss passes to the buyer. Under CFR and CIF the seller pays
freight all the way to the destination port but hands risk over at the origin, on board.
Under CPT and CIP the seller pays carriage to the far end while risk passed to the buyer
back at the first carrier. Almost every argument in international trade starts with
someone assuming those are the same line.

The ledger drill is where that gets trained. You are handed a real consignment — a bulk
parcel out of Rosario, a container from Ningbo, a transformer to a substation in Mombasa —
and ten obligations, from loading at origin through to final unloading. Splitting those ten
between the seller, the buyer and the honest third answer of neither derives the cost
boundary automatically, drawn as a filled bar along a nine-waypoint shipment corridor.
Then you call, separately, which waypoint risk actually passes at. Both are scored, and
they are deliberately never merged into one number 🔢, because conflating them is the whole
mistake. Forty-four written consignments, twenty-four Quote Duels comparing two priced
offers against a stated goal 🎯, and a verdict that explains every chip you misplaced.

Alongside the drill sits the reference desk you quote from. Full records for all eleven
terms with their obligation tables, permitted transport modes, named-place conventions,
when to quote each one and what each one quietly commits you to. A compare ⚖️ matrix that
highlights only the rows where your selected terms actually differ. A landed-cost bench
that re-splits the same figures between both parties the moment you tap 👆 a different term,
with the duty and VAT bases spelled out. A nine-document pack showing who is obliged to
produce what. A guided advisor that narrows the shortlist live as you answer. A forty-entry
trade glossary. Consignment records that keep a term, a route 🧭, a cost split and a document
checklist together, with the option to photograph the actual paperwork a shipment moved on.

Fruuits Coctaills is built for exporters, freight forwarders, procurement and logistics staff,
and anyone studying international trade who needs the cost line and the risk line to stop
blurring together. It works fully offline 📴, keeps everything on your device 📱, and is a
teaching and calculating tool 🛠️ — it does not determine the terms of any real contract and
is not affiliated with any standards body.
