2024-04-01	Jy*****	Salesman lied that I will get breakup and I can zoom the chart. Which the support team confirmed is not true. From last three days the support but is inactive on my app. The fasting sugar levels are not updated automatically on a CGM. Support team said every 7 days breakup and analysis of blood sugar levels will be sent in email. Never received any. Feel cheated. Doesn't serve the purpose. The chart is too tiny on my mobile screen and even values are not visible.

There is no break up of the price, they charge. 7.9k for 2 CGM and state that you save 5k. Not sure on what, the CGM they supply is only 2.5k. you need to convince the support team that there is an issue with their app. Probably there is no alternative so this company has become greedy... The abbot direct may not cost this much with the reader
