2026-06-13	Ni*****	Scam!! They won't let you resubmit the documents after 2 wrong attempts and reject the claim. After requesting, they gave another chance reject the claim again and told me that why did you not tell us before that's why even the warranty still exist actually just started and also told me to go to the service centre for this issue[ charging case of earbuds has stopped charging]. The women on the call was rude while saying this. Scamming the customers.
