time, in large type you can read from across the kitchen. Your screen stays
awake the whole time, so you are never wiping your hands to unlock the phone
mid-stir.

"Simmer for 20 minutes" becomes a 20:00 timer you can start with one tap.
OneCookbook finds durations in the instructions for you — no typing, no
switching to a separate clock app. When the time is up, your phone buzzes.

A SHOPPING LIST THAT THINKS
Add any recipe's ingredients to your list in one tap. Cooking three dishes this
week? The same onion appears once, not three times, with every recipe it belongs
to noted next to it. The list is grouped the way you walk a supermarket —
produce, meat and fish, dairy, bakery, pantry, spices — so you stop zigzagging
between aisles. Tick things off as you go and clear the done ones with one
button.
