SAVE ON YOUR TERMS
Set a personal goal, deposit into your wallet, and invest with CMA-licensed fund managers and Investments. You are now able to build a portfolio with you favorite clubs (Kibina) and choose within licensed Fund managers. Whatever your strategy is, Omuti makes it happen.

SAVE WITH A PARTNER
Open a Duo pool with someone you trust. Both of you see the same activity. Moving money, changing the rules, or taking money out goes to the other partner to approve.

SAVE FOR A CHILD
Open a Junior track for a child, kept apart from your own savings, and invest it through the same licensed manager inside the same app.

RUN YOUR SAVINGS CLUB
Whether you call it a merry-go-round, a VSLA, a munno mukabi, or an investment club, put the paper book aside. Create or join a club in minutes, set contribution amounts and schedules, and give every member the same living ledger.

CLUB ADVANCES, FROM YOUR OWN POOL
Members can borrow from their own club's pooled savings, on terms your club sets. This is internal lending within your group: money you saved together, lent on your own rules. It is not a consumer loan or a personal loan from Omuti.

Member advances are made by your savings club from its own pooled funds. Club decisions follow your club's own approval rules, in the app. Omuti is a coordination and record-keeping platform, not a lender, and does not originate, fund, or guarantee any loan.

INVEST IN LICENSED UNIT TRUSTS
Put idle savings to work, on your own or as a club. Eligible investments are placed with CMA-licensed fund managers. Client money is held with Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited as Custodian. Start from UGX 100,000. Buy and redeem with your wallet.

Investments carry risk. Returns are not fixed and the value can fall as well as rise. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Returns are based on prevailing Unit trust manager published interest rates. There are no guaranteed returns. Omuti is not itself licensed by the Capital Markets Authority or the Bank of Uganda, and wallet balances are not protected by the Deposit Protection Fund of Uganda.

YOUR WALLET
Deposit, withdraw, and track every transaction. Completing KYC unlocks money movement. Wallet withdrawals carry a banded Withdrawal Fee, shown in the app before you confirm. Fund managers also apply their own fund-level fees inside the unit price. Full fee details are in the Terms of Service.
