OmniSwing works by measuring your phone's movement. For accurate detection, place your phone securely in your shorts' pocket during the workout. This allows the app to precisely track your kettlebell movements and provide real-time feedback.

Warning: To ensure proper functionality, keep your phone's screen unlocked throughout your workout session. When the screen locks, the app stops receiving sensor data, which may affect its ability to track your movements accurately. To save battery, the app automatically dims the screen while the phone remembers to adjust your phone's settings to prevent automatic screen locking during your training sessions.
