HOW IT WORKS — three stages, one continuum:

1) You
Start on your own. Talk privately with your AI coach about what's weighing on you. It asks thoughtful, structured questions, remembers what matters to you, and helps you put words to what you actually feel — no judgment, always yours.

2) Both of you
When you're ready, invite your partner. They get their own private space too. The coach now holds both sides and helps mediate a shared conversation — gently translating feelings you each struggle to say out loud.

3) A human expert
If you'd like more support, BothHeard can warmly connect you with a licensed counselor — with a briefing you both approve, so they start informed instead of from zero.
