Please note Application allows recording and playing functions for the audio files recorded using this application only.

As for this version, 3 modules on the main screen are in use. 1) Patients 2)Dictation 3)Appointments.

On the “Appointments" module user can filter the appointments by “Provider”, “Location & “DOS(Date Of Service)"". Then by clicking mike(recorder) icon in the listed appointments, user will be redirected to “Dictation” module to dictate for that selected appointment.

On “Patient” module user can “Search” the patients like “Demo”, After searching he can get the required information by exploring the list for “Demo” patient. By clicking on “Demo” patient, user will be redirected to “Patient Dashboard” only when if user will be coming by clicking on “Patient” module on main screen.

On “Patient Dashboard” there are two links “Voice Recording” & “Voice Recording For Selected Template”. By clicking on these links user will be redirected to “Dictation” module with selected patient information & then user can record with attached patient information.

From “Dictation" module user can record the file and attach the required patient information by clicking on “Patient Name”, “DOS” & “Template Type” and also edit the attached information by clicking on same. It is not mandatory that user will be attaching all the information with dictated file. After that by clicking “Upload” on the recorded file from the tableview, that file will start uploading on the server(demo.omnimd.com) which you have provided while login in URL field. Here user can also play , append and delete the recorded file.

While clicking on “Diction" button, if user will get “Memory Warning Alert” , then click on “YES” and increase the first(upper) memory slider and click on “save".

By clicking “Tools” icon (Right side top) user will find “Transcriptions”, “Signed-Off records” , “Correction records”.
