At The OM Home we aim to help our members cultivate a practice that brings union to their mind, body and soul. Centered around traditional Yoga teachings, our studio places an emphasis on spiritual development rather than just the physical.

All offerings include the fundamental principles of breath work known as pranayama, movement in the form of Yoga asana, and awareness through meditation.

Each month we center our classes around a specific theme, allowing for a deeper connection through focused attention and intention.
