Carvoy

Carvoy connects the empty baggage capacity of already completed journeys with shipments. If you have a package, let someone already on that route take it. If you have a journey, let the empty baggage space generate income for you.

IF YOU ARE A SENDER
• Post your listing: from where to where, when, package size and weight. • Carriers with matching routes will offer you deals, and you can accept whichever you prefer. • Make your decision by viewing the carrier's rating and reviews. • Track your package on the go on a live map and see the estimated arrival time.

IF YOU ARE A CARRIER
• Share your journey route: your route, date, and available capacity. • Search for listings that match your route and bid on the ones you find suitable. • Earn extra income from a journey you're already going on.

SECURITY
• KYC (Know Your Customer) is mandatory: you must verify your identity to post listings or routes. • Delivery and pickup are confirmed with a 6-digit one-time code that appears on the recipient's screen. The shipment status will not progress without the code.
• In-app messaging allows direct communication between carrier and sender. • You can block disruptive users and report any ads and messages. Complaints are reviewed by our team.
• Mutual post-delivery ratings build trust.
• You can open a dispute within the app if a problem arises.

PAYMENT
This version has no in-app payments and Carvoy does not charge commission. The transportation fee is paid directly between the sender and carrier based on the amount agreed upon in the app.

LESS CARBON
A package transported with Carvoy also replaces a courier vehicle that would otherwise be on the road. With each ad and shipment, you see the approximate carbon emissions avoided thanks to that transport. NATIONWIDE
Address selection for all 81 provinces, districts, and neighborhoods. Select city and date to see suitable routes and open ads on a single screen.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Register and verify your identity. 2. Post your ad or share your travel route.
3. Submit an offer or accept an incoming offer.
4. Receive your package with a 6-digit code, track it on the road, and deliver it with the code.
5. Build trust in the community through mutual ratings.

Carvoy is an intermediary; carriers provide transportation services. Sending weapons, drugs, explosives, and substances prohibited by law is strictly forbidden.
