Omahji Studio is the instructor app for Omahji — the platform Mahjong teachers use to run their classes, games, events, and leagues.

Almost nothing about teaching mahjong happens at a desk. It happens on the go: players arrive, someone drops out, and you need to fill a seat right now. Studio puts your whole business on the device you already have.

SEATING, AT THE TABLE
Build your table layout by dragging tables where you want them, then drop players into seats with your finger. On a tablet it feels like arranging the room, because that is exactly what you are doing. Swap two players, fill a gap, or reseat a whole table in seconds.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
Open the app and see who is coming, who has paid, and who is on the waitlist. Check players in as they walk through the door.

HANDLE A WALK-IN WITHOUT LEAVING THE TABLE
Add someone to a game that has already started, send them a payment request, and seat them — no trip back to the laptop.

GAMES AND EVENTS
Schedule one-off games or set a recurring cadence — weekly, biweekly, monthly, whatever fits your teaching rhythm. Set capacity, pricing, and registration windows once, and let it run.

LEAGUES
Run structured, multi-session competition. Keep a waitlist so a full league still captures interest, manage a sub list so a missing regular does not cost you a table, and track cumulative points across sessions so players always know where they stand.

YOUR PLAYERS
Keep your roster in one place — contact details, membership status, attendance and history. Memberships renew automatically, so you are not chasing anyone.

PAYMENTS
Your players pay for games, events and memberships by card through Omahji. See at a glance who still owes, and send a payment request in a tap. Stripe processes payments; Omahji never stores card details.

EVERYTHING STAYS IN SYNC
Studio is the same Omahji account you already use in your browser. Same players, same games, same settings — nothing to set up and nothing to move across. Sign in, and it is all there. Your players use the separate Omahji app to browse your schedule and book their own seats.
