2023-10-15	A *****	The App fails to open 80% of the time. I have to go to the website to read the World Herald. When I click on a breaking news alert the app freezes or does not load the "breaking news" article. I said the app was horrible 7 years ago.....and nothing has changed for an upgrade in stars.

2023-04-24	Ch*****	Not a good experience! App loses login information, requiring re-login. If you tap on one notification, all other notifications are cleared. Maybe I wanted to check out more than one article. Click on notification, and sometimes you only get the article title, no content. Then you have to go home and search manually for that article. You have to search manually. No search!! In addition, the fomatting of articles is not good. Feels like this app was an afterthought. Annoying for a paid service!

2022-08-30	Ch*****	The only thing that seems to work on the app are the advertisements. Can very rarely read an entire article without having to restart the app. Often multiple restarts to get through a single article. Very disappointing!

2022-08-26	Lo*****	The content is good but the app constantly freezes up. You go to read an article and an ad pops up and then it freezes. I even pay for a subscription. Now only part of the article loads. I have to open the article in a better to finish reading it.

2022-05-25	Le*****	This app needs help. Full page ads are intolerable, especially for paid subscriptions. Landscape navigation on the e-edition COULD be great if it didn't keep freezing or randomly reloading. Please get a good development team on this asap... it's pretty miserable.
