User Reviews

Users value the app for quick rewards access and easy ordering and find it user-friendly when it works. However, Android reviews repeatedly report reliability problems: looping update prompts, login/authentication failures, app crashes or inability to open, and occasional rewards redemption glitches. Reinstall sometimes helps temporarily but core issues persist. Focus should be on improving stability, update flow, and account/reward handling.

Pros

Quick and easy access to rewards and online ordering.
User-friendly app interface.

Cons

Frequent Android update prompts/loops (update shown but no actual update or conflicting messages).
Login/authentication problems after updates (passwords not accepted, forgot password emails not sent, account conflicts).
App instability: cannot open, crashes, or is unusable at times.
Rewards/points redemption issues (points not redeemable in some cases).
