I placed a future order and ten minutes before I was to pick it up I received an email telling me that my order wasn't placed due to an error but my credit card was already charged and I would have to call the restaurant to reorder. When I called they didn't have my order and didn't seem to want to help me reorder anything. Talk about terrible service when they don't try to make up for their own mistake. What point is an app when I have to call anyway? I deleted the app.
