User Reviews

Users appreciate the rewards, but recurring problems make the app difficult to use. The most common complaints are failed checkout and persistent offline errors, alongside freezing and glitches. Some reviews also report incorrect prices, unreliable rewards, and unavailable customer support.

Pros

Several users value the rewards, describing them as fair and a worthwhile source of free food.

Cons

Checkout frequently fails: users report payment loops, errors, or freezes that prevent them from placing orders.
Repeated “Internet unavailable” or offline messages block ordering, even when other app features load.
Users report general instability, including lag, freezing, and glitches.
Some menu items appear at incorrect prices or are double-charged in the app.
Rewards and support features are unreliable: users report lost or deducted points, and broken customer-support links.

Recent reviews

First off, I love Del Taco and the rewards that are offered. However: - None of the links for customer support work. I wanted to notify a restaurant that my order was wrong in the drive thru and was unable to give feedback. - Unable to see details when trying to look at individual orders in the order history

doesn't value your rewards doesn't add them to the bag doesn't deduct the amount of the reward that you select. in addition to that but it deducts my freaking rewards points off of my account for some reason. when trying to pay doesn't progress to the next screen. restarted started three times. waste of time and energy because doing it in person and trying to enter the receipt doesn't allow you to either. taco bell it is.
