The new update is slick—long overdue, polished, and honestly gorgeous. Unfortunately, it also pulled off an impressive magic trick: it completely removed the ability to view or add previously purchased Cheba Bucks in the app. Just like that, the hundreds of dollars I loaded onto my gift card disappeared into the digital void. It's been months, and I still can't access my money. The redesign is great, but I'd be a lot more impressed if my Cheba Bucks weren't enjoying an extended smoke session.
