I am trying to sign up for a Boston Market rewards account and I fill everything out and hit submit and it just says "Failed to sign up". I try the password reset email and it tells me "An unexpected error has occurred sending reset email". I tried filling out the Get Support form on the website and I clicked the Submit button and it's been spinning for 10 minutes. I tried writing the email listed in the playstore for Boston Market app support and got a mail delivery failure from their address.

Terrible the worst app ever. I somehow got logged out can't log back in can't reset password or anything. Stopped getting coupons and rewards for a while. Now I can't even order off the app as a guest. I don't see any way to resolve any issues im having I called a number I Google for customer service and I was on hold for about an hour before I gave up. So unprofessional and inconvenient. And no employees know what to do they just work there.
