2024-11-25	Br*****	Great betting app but many downsides including when I'm making a big fast paced bet and go to finalize the bet with a blank screen. Not a fan about that but great so far as my first betting app.

2024-11-25	Du*****	I gave this one star a year ago and it's only gotten worse. They delete bet slips with no explanation, instead of letting you edit it if something has changed. Imagine trying to remember what slip took created if you have several going! They are THEE slowest betting app to recognize results and OLG is THEE slowest to pay out if you want to make a withdrawal.

2024-11-19	As*****	not great. i get at least one "not in Ontario" notification per session and get booted. one of my bets also cashed out after a glitch and i lost winnings & some of the bet money.

2024-11-08	Ev*****	The app isn't recognizing that i'm in Ontario - how come? One solution says to turn the developer options off but the only two features I see in the Settings menu are for language and odds type.

Sometimes it takes awhile to load, I've lost saved bet slips so many times, I'll have a betslip and five mins later it won't scan because odds change and the barcode doesn't read bc of a game error. It's quite frustrating. OLG fix your app!!! Update: the app is worse. If something changes in the game, rather than just alert you, it'll just delete your ticket from the saved bets. OLG please fix your app. Errors continuously happens.
