Reviews of Old Nelson

I love this store and their sandwiches but this app is unusable. I gave it another shot after their 8/13/26 update with "improved UI and minor enhancements" and it almost seemed like it had gotten worse. Old Nelson, I'm on my hands and knees begging you for an app that works. I want to give you my money in exchange for your delicious and affordable sandwiches, and I do it so much more often when I can place a mobile pickup order early and then walk over and get it first thing on my lunch break.

Options for sandwich customizations not allowing to select multiple toppings for some sandwiches.

I like the app but it dont list everything in the store and you can't get extra on your sandwich (depending on what that is). The sandwiches are fresh.

The food is good but the app is terrible. The app barely is available to order on.
