I understand there is a migration from old mutual money to om bank. but how are we suppose to transfer our funds if money account won't open. it's not even 26th June yet the time we were give. How are we suppose to trust old mutual's abilities if we can't even do last transactions from this bank to another? You people are useless and unprofessional.
Since last week 25 May 2026 the app has not been working. 2026-05-29	Ni*****	From absolutely bad to worst, since this is closing, it seems this app engineers are in "don't care anymore" mode. crashes, can't log in, takes 3 to 4 attempts to log in, same errors over and over. disappointed after years of good service. One wonders if it's worth staying with Old Mutual
