Paid for mag and app, they took 48 quid. Now when on app it says i have no subscription. Fuming. Its the weekend too so wont get a reply soon UPDATE they replyed on the tuesday and sorted out the problem so my son finally had access. He seems happy with the app. Changed 1 star to 4 star

Infuriating. First I couldn't subscribe because of family link saying it would not let me make a purchase (maybe more family link or google play issue). So I set okido subscription up on my mobile to sign in on daughter's phone. It wouldn't even let me type the email, let alone sign in. Wasted a good hour and gave up. At least that will save me 4 quid a month as I have cancelled it all. The child will be disappointed because she was really excited to see an app to go with her magazines.
