Some are created or reviewed by verified healthcare professionals, and all are rated by a referral-verified community. An AI chat answers your questions (not for emergencies).

• Explore health & wellness topics: sleep, stress, anxiety, digestion, skin, pain, cycle, energy, weight loss, physical activity, meditation, and more.
• Let AI rank solutions based on your needs, your profile (age, sex, where you live), and your history of attempts.
• Filter solutions: natural, home remedies, nutrition, physical activity, medical consultation, devices/tech, and more.
• Discover helpful links tailored to your location (websites, clinics, stores, local resources).
• Rate what worked / didn’t work (OK / KO) and track your attempts in your profile.
• Spot at a glance which solutions are linked to a healthcare professional thanks to a dedicated badge.
• Stay motivated with rewards, badges, leaderboards, and inspiring (not anxiety-inducing) progress.

How it works
1. Create an account with your first name, username, profile, and location.
2. Choose a topic (e.g., sleep, digestion, skin, weight, stress…).
3. Browse suggested solutions, ranked by AI based on your profile.
4. Try a solution, then rate whether it helped you (OK / KO + how you felt).
5. Find your health episodes, ratings, and favorites in your profile, and track your journey over time.
