It is a useful app. Lately, it's not loading My Zones and keeping white screen without any progress bar. Not helpful and UI getting stuck.

Kind of works, but not very well. Heating schedule doesn't synchronise between device and app. In other words, if you change the schedule within the device itself, these changes are not reflected in the app. And vice versa. Also, not all timezones are available. It only gives continents. It's impossible to set the correct timezone for Finland, for example. Considering this is one of the most expensive WiFi thermostats available a better quality would be expected.

App is useless, as it fails to connect to the MWD5 thermostat. Scan the QR code as instructed, but it comes up with error "Incorrect customerId". Look up the Unit ID on the unit and enter that manually into the app, still the same error. This app only has one job, and it can't do it.

Dec2019:The app works ok. I've been in contact with the company for long time now. Enabling the system to interact with other 'smart' devices is on their list, but still not available. Even API is not there yet. The best way would be the current solution + local API working together. So it can be integrated/connected with any local solution that has it's own globally connection(app,site,service, gateway,etc) Okt2020: Still no integration options

All I get is incorrect customer ID when adding a thermostat. Also, api documentation?
