How it works
When you set up MAI, you answer a simple conversational health assessment covering your age, life stage, Ayurvedic constitution (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha), daily routine, diet, sleep habits, and menstrual history. The app then builds a 7-day personal baseline unique to you — and all your health insights are measured against YOUR normal, not a population average.
Based on your profile, MAI assigns you a personalised plan:
42-Day Reversal Plan — if you have symptoms like poor sleep, low energy, or menstrual irregularities
21-Day Enhancement Plan — if you're in a stable range and want to optimise your wellness
