Apollos: This app is designed to manage evangelism and discipleship efforts in Christian churches in Venezuela. With this mobile application, you can better manage new believers and their assigned disciplers; ideal for evangelists. "I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow." 1 Corinthians 3:6

This application was developed by the Star of Bethlehem Church and the Organization of Independent National Evangelical Churches (OIENIV). It is useful for registering and tracking evangelism and discipleship activities in local churches, regional churches, auxiliary organizations, and allied congregations that use this platform.

MAIN FUNCTIONS
REGISTRATION AND TRACKING OF BELIEVERS
Record new contacts and visits. Classify each person by stage of the evangelistic process—first contact, being visited, being discipled, ready to be baptized, baptized, and others—to visualize the progress of the work in each organization.
COORDINATION BY ORGANIZATION AND CHURCH
Navigate the tree of organizations and churches under your responsibility. Consult lists of believers by campaign, filter by stage or status, and maintain a clear overview of the work in each assigned area.
SCHEDULED VISITS
Organize your weekly schedule of evangelistic visits. Plan your fieldwork clearly and avoid losing track of people you need to visit.
WORK TEAMS AND ASSIGNED VISITS
Coordinators form teams and assign visit lists to evangelists. Each member accesses their list and updates the progress of their assigned visits.
MY DISCIPLES
Discipleship leaders manage the support of those under their spiritual care, with tools for continuous discipleship monitoring.
OFFLINE BIBLE
CELL GROUPS AND MEETINGS
Create and manage cell groups, record discipleship meetings, and track the attendance of new believers at each meeting.
EVANGELISTIC CAMPAIGNS
Organize the work by campaigns within each organization, facilitating planning and monitoring for defined periods.
SYNCHRONIZATION AND TEAMWORK
Apolos works connected to the cloud and also allows you to work offline. When there is an internet connection, it synchronizes pending data. Coordinators can share lists with nearby evangelists through a direct connection between devices, ideal for fieldwork.
DISCIPLEMENT MATERIALS
Access discipleship resources from the app to support study and teaching while accompanying new believers.
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
Administrators manage organizations, assign coordinators, manage roles, and maintain the organizational structure of the OIENIV network. Apollos was created to reduce paperwork, prevent data loss, and standardize follow-up criteria among churches and organizations. Its goal is to facilitate evangelistic work and foster faithful and organized discipleship, in obedience to the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Optional Permissions
• Camera and Photos: Optionally, you can take or select a reference image of an evangelistic contact's home or a profile picture. Your entire photo gallery is not accessed.

• Accessibility (optional): If you use bulk messaging via WhatsApp, you can activate the "Apolos WhatsApp Message Sending" service to automate sending messages you write to evangelists you select. The app will show you a notification before opening the system settings. You can deactivate it at any time.
