2025-01-22	Aa*****	I pre-booked the car for 4 pm but Driver arrived 30 mins late while mentioning he is just 5mins away... also he was not able to start the trip and also it was not showing in my app post 4:00 pm. Was not even able to track where the driver is... Though the cars are new and good but they really need to improve on the service. Also it showed my initial cost as some 750 but when from backend the trip ended it costed me more than 900. As i was in a rush i didnt had time to argue on this.

2024-12-02	Vi*****	Extremely bad service. Met the person behind the counter who was rude and wanted to downgrade me from a sedan to a hatch because of availability issues. I told him if I've booked something for a high-level price, how could he put me in a lower segment for the same price. Then he told me that the sedan was not available and he can't do anything and this happens because of the app glitch. After an argument, I had to cancel 2 rides. This was my first experience with ohm electric cabs.

2024-11-13	Ra*****	Scheduled a ride from the city to the airport at 10:45 AM one day before. At 10:38 AM on the day of the ride, I get a message from their customer service telling me that the driver cancelled and there are no more drivers in my area. It's amazing how any Tom, Dick and Harry thinks they can start a transportation company and compete with the established ones. Avoid.
