how am I supposed to use this app? what language is that?

Got it free (on sale from AU$6.99) in August 2019. Crashes at start up on high end device. Not sure what this app is supposed to do as the Playstore description is vague or pooly translated, but I doubt anyone would ever pay for it. Apps that open and stall on a blank screen always raise my suspicion, especially when they are free. I suggest you avoid installing this app.
