ogmah

ogmah is the management solution designed for restaurant professionals.

The mobile app extends your ogmah workspace: you maintain control of your establishment from the kitchen, storeroom, or dining room, without having to go back to your computer.

RECEIVING DELIVERIES
Check each delivery slip product by product: quantities received, missing items, non-conformities. Photograph the slip, sign it, and the inventory is updated immediately.

REAL-TIME INVENTORY
View your quantities and the value of your stock. Every transaction is recorded live, on both your phone and computer.

INVENTORIES
Conduct your inventories directly on your phone, alone or with others. Start from scratch or with your current stock, count category by category, and confirm: discrepancies are calculated for you.

SUPPLIER ORDERS
Prepare and track your orders, compare your suppliers' prices, and identify price increases.

RECIPES AND COSTS
Access your technical specifications, raw material costs, and margins.

SALES INDICATORS
Track your revenue, average spend, and customer traffic. You choose which indicators are displayed.
